Panning an Image

If you would like to move your image around, you can do so with the hand tool on the tool bar, or the arrow keys on your keyboard.

Arrow Keys

Note: Arrow key panning only works while in an overhead view.

If your property image is cut off by a black photo tile edge, you can walk outside of the image to see the rest of the property by following these steps:

  1. Put your cursor outside of the photo you are currently viewing in the white area around your photo (you might have to zoom out to see the white area).
  2. You will see a blue arrow appear.
  3. Click down and our program will walk you into the picture in the direction you've clicked.
  4. You can continue to walk until you meet the boundary of your geofence.

If walking doesn't allow you to see the entire property, select to view the property in a Medium or High Neighborhood view (accessibility to both images varies on location). These are photos taken from a higher altitude, so they will include more geography than a property level view.
