Navigating the "My Account" section

PLEASE NOTE: Only the account administrator has access to the My Account section.

When you first click on the "My Account" button, located in the upper right corner of the software interface, you are brought to a choice of tasks that you can complete using the following tabs:

My Accoun

 

  • Manage Account
    • From this tab you can update the following:
      • Company name
      • Run reports
      • Recharge searches
      • Update credit card information
      • Purchase Property Reports
      • Upgrade to a different account type
  • Manage Users
    • From this tab you can update the following:
      • Username
      • Password
      • Contact information
      • Change the license a user is associated with
  • Manage Proposal Builder
    • From this tab you can update the following:
      • Sign up for a monthly Proposal Builder subscription
      • Update credit card information
      • Activate/Deactivate a monthly Proposal Builder subscription
