We Did Not Find An Exact Match For Your Location
Posted by Go iHelp Administrator, Last modified by Go iHelp Administrator on 19 June 2012 02:14 PM

If we do not find an exact match for your location, a popup dialog box -- with a dropdown menu -- will appear offering you suggestions based on the street number and street name.

Option 1: It may be that you have spelled the address differently than your local government has, so click the drop down arrow to scroll through the list to see if the desired property is available.

Option 2: You can also choose the  "Click here for the approximate Bing Maps location." The green diamond icon will be placed at the approximate position of the property on the image. However, please note that this is an approximate location and you should ALWAYS be suspect of the placement on the imagery. Get additional information from your client before measuring to verify that the location is the correct one!

That doesn't help me if I want to measure a property for a lawn. An approximate location will not provide me with square footage.

If you get a green diamond, ALWAYS be suspect of the address and get additional information from your client before measuring.

Please try searching by using the address and ZIP code....DO NOT use the city/state unless you really don't know the correct ZIP code.

That will help dramatically!
