Here are a few quick tips to get you started:

Address Search: The system is designed to search parcel addresses. We try to acquire parcel data with addresses from all the counties that we have coverage for. Residential mailing addresses are usually the same as parcel record addresses. Commercial property mailing addresses are usually different from the actual parcel addresses. We have address suggestions to help you locate parcel address records. Use the drop-down boxes to select a match. If there is no exact match or close match for your search we have a second option to search Microsoft Bing Maps for an approximate location.

Search using JUST the ZIP code and not with the city/state unless you really don't know the correct ZIP code

Abbreviate directional prefixes when searching, for example, S, N, E, W, SW, NW, SE and NE.

Abbreviate words that could be abbreviated such as "Ft." for "Fort".
